芳砜纶的Mg(OH)2包覆SiO2改性及隔热阻燃性 被引量:2

摘要 采用浸轧和原位二次生长技术制备了具有隔热阻燃性能的负载Mg(OH)_2和SiO_2的芳砜纶复合织物[PSA/SiO_2/Mg(OH)_2]。利用ICP、SEM、TG等对复合织物中的元素含量、织物表面的Mg(OH)2形貌及复合织物的热稳定性进行分析和观察,通过导热系数和垂直燃烧测试表征其隔热阻燃性能。结果表明,采用该方法可使Mg(OH)_2和SiO_2成功包覆到芳砜纶织物表面,包覆后的PSA/SiO_2/Mg(OH)2织物,隔热阻燃性能明显提高,通过控制制备工艺可获得不同形貌的Mg(OH)_2晶体。当织物表面的Mg(OH)_2晶体呈蜂窝状时,所得PSA/SiO_2/Mg(OH)2复合织物的隔热阻燃性能最好,导热系数可达0.0255W/(m·K),垂直燃烧损毁长度仅1.80cm。 Mg(OH)2 and SiO2 coated polysulfonamide fabrics [PSA/SiO2/Mg(OH)2] with heat insulation and flame retardancy are prepared by dip-padding and in-situ secondary growth techniques. The content of Si and Mg in the PSA/SiO2/Mg(OH)2 composite fabric is determined by ICP, the morphology of Mg(OH)2 is observed by SEM and the thermal stability of PSA/SiO2/Mg(OHh is analyzed by TG. The heat insulation and flame retardancy of PSA/SiOdMg(OHh are characterized through the thermal conductivity coefficient and vertical burning test. The results indicate that SiO2 and Mg(OH)2 are successfully coated on the surface of PSA. The heat insulation and flame retardancy of PSA/SiOdMg(OH)2 fabric are improved. The morphology of Mg(OH)2 crystal can be controlled by adjusting the preparation process. The heat insulation and flame retardancy of the fabric are the most excellent when Mg(OH)2 crystal had honeycomblike morphology. Under this morphology, the thermal conductivity coefficient and char length of the fabric are 0.025 5 W/(m· K) and 1.80 cm, respectively.
