涤纶导电针织物的制备及应变-电阻传感性能 被引量:7

摘要 采用原位聚合法制备导电涤纶/聚苯胺复合针织物,探讨了原位聚合制备工艺对织物导电性能的影响,并研究了导电针织物的应变-电阻传感性能。研究表明,氧化剂质量浓度、掺杂酸浓度及反应时间均对涤纶/聚苯胺复合针织物的导电性能产生影响。在优化条件下:过硫酸铵30 g/L,盐酸0.7 mol/L和反应时间为90 min,制得的导电针织物电阻值最小,为500Ω/cm。涤纶/聚苯胺复合针织物的横向不具备应变-电阻传感性能,而纵向在重复性、线性度及敏感性上表现出较好的应变-电阻传感性能。 Conductive polyester/polyaniline (PET/PANI) composite knitted fabric is prepared by in-situ polymerization. The effect of in-situ polymerization process on the conductivity of composite knitted fabric is studied, and the strain-resistance sensing performance of composite knitted fabric is also tested. The results indicate that the concentration of oxidant and doping acid, the reaction time all have an impact on the conductivity of composite knitted fabric. Under the optimal conditions of ammonium sulfate 30 g/L, hydrochloric acid 0.7 mol/L and reaction time 90 min, the resistance of composite knitted fabric is 500 Ω/cm. The resistance changes under strain condition indicate that, conductive PET/PANI composite knitted fabric do not possess the strain-resistance sensing property in transversal direction, while it exhibits better strain-resistance sensing property in repeatability, linearity and sensitivity in longitudinal direction.
