摘要 选取环保型还原剂AS/Na OH作为还原体系用于硫化黑染色,研究染料和Na OH质量浓度对染液p H值、还原电位及染后织物K/S值、断裂强力、摩擦牢度等性能的影响。结果表明,提高染料质量浓度,染液p H值和还原电位随之升高,织物K/S值最高达28.42,强力略有降低,对牢度影响不明显;随着Na OH质量浓度增加,染液p H值和还原电位随之提高,染色织物K/S值先增加后降低,最大达28.36,织物强力由1 079.8 N逐渐降低到980.3 N,对摩擦牢度影响不大。 Environmental friendly reducing system of reductant AS/NaOH is selected for sulfur black dyeing. The effects of sulphur dye and NaOH concentrations on pH value and reduction potential of dye liquor, K/S value, breaking strength, as well as rubbing fastness of dyed fabrics are studied. The results show that the pH value and reduction potential of dye liquor increase with the increasing of dye concentration. The dyed fabric features increased K/S value up to 28.42, slightly decreased strength, and unobvious color fastness change. The pH value and reduction potential of the dye liquor increase with the increasing of NaOH concentration. The dyed fabric features the increased K/S value up to 28.36, the fabric strength decrease from 1 0?9.8 N to 980.3 N, and has little effect on rubbing fastness.
