摘要
采用超声辅助高效液相色谱法(HPLC/DAD)测定纺织品中某些偶氮染料分解出的牛氨基偶氮苯。样品经低亚硫酸钠还原后,通过超声混合脱气后静置,使用高效液相色谱阵列紫外检测器进行测定,流动相为甲醇、水,在梯度条件下进行分离检测,外标法定量,该物质标准曲线线性相关系数大于0.9999,线性范围为0.1~50.0mg/kg,方法回收率为75.1%-84.3%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.45%-1.23%。该试验方法时间短,操作简化。
A method is presented for the determination of 4-aminoazobenzene in textile by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with a diode array detector (DAD). The sample is reduced by sodium hydrosulphite, followed by ultrasonic treatment to degas, and then is tested by HPLC/DAD with gradient elution of methanol and water as mobile phases, quantitative analysis by using external standard method. The results show that the linear correlation coefficient of standard curve of sample is more than 0.999 9, linear range is 0.1-50.0 mg/kg, the recovery rate of this method is 75.1%-84.3% and the relative standard deviation (RSD) is 0.45%-1.23%. Compare with GB/T 23344-2009, the time of this method is short and the operation is simple.
