摘要
介绍了国际供应链的结构和复杂性,以及生产限用物质清单(MRSL)的筛选过程。收集32家生产工厂的废水监测数据,重点分析各个水质参数的检出率和达标率,发现污水水质中COD、BOD、SS、p H值和硫化物的达标率较高;而重金属和类金属中,除Cr(VI)未检出外,其他检出率均较高;有害化学物质中,邻苯类和全氟化合物的检出率较高,应当引起重视。
The composition of the international supply chain and its complexity are introduced, and the identification process of the manufacturing restricted substance list （MRSL） is also introduced. Test reports from 32 manufacture plants are collected and analyzed. The results show that the compliance rates of COD, BOD, SS, pH value and sulfide of wastewater are good. The detective rates of heavy metals and metalloids are high, except Cr（Ⅵ）. The detective rates of phthalates and perfluoro chemical are high, which needs attention.
