摘要 文中研究了低频段机载相控阵雷达收发系统的结构设计,并以某典型机载相控阵雷达收发系统为例,具体介绍了收发系统的结构设计方案、关键技术解决方法及相关的仿真分析。通过综合应用模块化、轻小型化、电液一体化盲插、穿通液冷模块等技术方法,成功解决了机载相控阵雷达收发系统结构设计中的一系列技术难题。文中的设计思路和方法可供同类产品设计参考和借鉴。 The structural design of T/R system for low frequency band airborne phased array radar is studied in this paper. The structural design scheme, key technologies solution and related simulation analysis of the T/R system are also presented in detail with a typical airborne phased array radar T/R system as example. A series of technique difficulties in the structural design of T/R system are successfully solved by incorporating technologies such as modular design, light-small design, electricity-liquid integrated blind-mating and run-through liquid cooling module. The basic idea and method in this paper can provide reference for similar products design.
