生殖器疱疹并硬下疳1例

A Case of Genital Herpes with Hard Chancre

患者男,47岁。阴茎包皮硬结半月,右臀部下方红斑丘疱疹1周。皮肤科情况:阴茎冠状沟背侧见一硬结,无明显渗液和压痛。右臀部下方见一簇集性分布的红斑丘疱疹,有轻触痛。实验室检查:RPR 1∶16(+),TPHA(+),HSV-2(+)。诊断:硬下疳;生殖器疱疹。

A 47-year-old male presented with seleroma o,1 the foreskin for half a month, papulovesicles and erythe,na below the right buttock for a week. Physical examination showed scIeroma on the dorsal coronal sulcus without secretion and tenderness, slightly tender clustered papulovesicles and erythema below the right but-tock. Laboratory examination showed rapid plasma reagin test （RPR） , treponema pallidum hemagglutination assay （TPHA）, and HSV-2 were positive. Diagnosis： hard chancre; genital herpes.
