颗粒级配对乙烯基酯树脂/石墨复合材料性能的影响 被引量:3

Effect of Particle Size Gradation on the Performance of Vinyl Ester Resin/Graphite Composites

摘要 以天然鳞片石墨为导电填料,乙烯基酯树脂为粘接剂,通过模压成型制备了乙烯基树脂/石墨复合材料用于研究填料粒径及粒径分布对其性能的影响。通过振磨法自制了不同粒径的小尺寸石墨,研究导电填料级配时不同粒径配比及小尺寸石墨含量对复合材料导电性能和弯曲性能的影响。研究发现,石墨粒径越大,复合材料的电导率越高,但其弯曲强度越低;级配粒径比(d/D)为0.215,且小尺寸石墨含量占总量的质量百分数为5%时,制得的乙烯基酯树脂/石墨复合材料的综合性能最好。 Natural flake graphite was used as conductive filler, vinyl ester resin as adhesive, and vinyl resin/ graphite composites were prepared through mold pressing to study effect of the filler particle size and size gradation on the performance of composites. Graphite with small size was manufactured by vibration grinding, and it is al~ discussed that influence of the ratio of different particle sizes and the content of small size graphite for particle size gradation on the conductivity and bending performance of composites. It is found that the conductivity of the composite material becomes higher while the bending strength becomes lower upon increasing the graphite particle size; vinyl ester resin/graphite composite material has the best comprehensive performance when the grading size ratio (d/D) is 0.215, and the mass fraction of small size graphite is 5%. It has the guiding significance for actual production process of bipolar plate of fuel cells.
