摘要
流体驱动弹头辅助注塑工艺是一种基于流体辅助注塑工艺发展起来的新型中空注塑工艺。该工艺利用压力流体驱动弹头在熔体中穿透形成中空,可分为短射法、溢料法、回流法、活动型芯法和流动成型法。固体弹头的引入使得其突破了流体辅助注塑工艺的局限,具有诸多优点,但也存在一定的局限,可给予进一步的改进。弹头的合理设计是该工艺最关键的技术,该工艺要顺利实施还需要合理的模具设计及工艺控制。对该工艺进行深入研究将有助于该技术在我国的推广应用。
Fluid-projectile-assisted injection molding (FPAIM) process, an innovative processing technology used to manufacture hollow plastic parts, was developed from fluid-assisted injection molding (FAIM) process. A hollow cavity in a part was formed by the penetration of a projectile driven by a pressurized fluid in the core melt. It can be categorized into five types: short shot method, overflow method, push back method, moveable core method, and flow process method. The present of the solid projectile makes it overcome limitations of FAIM process and possess many advantages. Meanwhile, some limitations were introduced, but they can be improved by taking some measures. The proper design of the projectile is the most critical technology of FPAIM process. A reasonable design of the mold and a suitable process control were also needed to implement process successfully. A deep investigation on the FPAIM process will be very helpful for its application and development in our country.
