储能系统对间歇式新能源电站并网特性的影响分析 被引量:11

摘要 针对风电和光伏为代表的新能源电站有功出力波动给电网安全稳定带来的不利影响,给出了利用储能系统平滑间歇式电源有功出力的解决方案,并基于DIgSILENT PowerFactory,建立风光储混合新能源电站模型,对其并网运行特性进行研究。结果表明,储能系统可有效平抑风光联合出力的波动,提升有功功率的可控性,改善电能品质,且对于新能源电站低电压穿越能力的提升具有积极意义。 In view of the negative influence of the active power fluctuation of renewable energy station represented by wind and photovohaic generation on power system security and stability, this paper deals with measures to smooth the active power by employing energy storage system. And the model of wind/photovoltaic/energy storage (W/PV/ES) hybrid station is built in DIgSILENT PowerFactory and simulation of and analy- sis on the grid-connection characteristics of W/PV/ES hybrid station are carried out. The results shows that it is positive and effective for energy storage to smooth the output fluctuation, improve the controllability of active power, better the electric power quality, and raise the capacity of low voltage ride through (LVRT) for renewable energy station.
