计及分布式电源无功出力的ISFLA算法配电网无功优化 被引量:5

摘要 针对含分布式电源的配电网无功优化的特点,将分布式电源的无功调节能力和传统无功调压手段相结合,研究了考虑分布式电源无功调节能力的配电网无功优化模型和算法。针对分布式电源出力的随机性,采用场景概率的决策方法计算分布式电源的出力情况和对应无功功率极限,以网损最小和节点电压越限惩罚作为目标函数。提出了基于免疫蛙跳算法(ISFLA)的无功优化算法,该算法通过在混合蛙跳算法(SFLA)的算法框架中引入克隆选择算法(CSA),在蛙群混合后选择较优解进行克隆、变异和选择,克服了SFLA局部搜索能力弱的特点。利用改进IEEE33节点系统作为算例仿真分析,结果验证了模型及算法的有效性。 According to the feature of reactive power opti- mization in distribution network with distributed generation, this paper proposes to combine the traditional reactive power compensation devices with the reactive power regulation capa- bility of the DGs, and studies the reactive power optimization model and algorithm in distribution network considering reactive output of DGs. In order to address the random characteristic of DGs, the scenario probability method is used to figure out the output of the DGs and correspond the reactive power limit. The function is established with the aim of minimizing the network loss and the over-limit of node voltage. The reactive power optimization based on ISFLA is proposed. Through introducing the colonial selection algorithm (CSA) into the framework of the SFLA, several optimal results are picked to execute clon- ing, mutating and selecting operations, and the algorithm enhances the local searching ability of the algorithm. Finally, IEEE33 node system is taken as an example to verify the effec- tiveness of the model and algorithm.
