新型城市化战略下的住房问题探讨--以农民工为视角

Research on Housing Problem under the New Urbanization of Strategy——Based on Migrant Worker

新型城市化发展战略是促进经济增长的重要引擎。目前,中国城市化水平仍处于快速发展阶段,未来我国城市人口规模将进一步扩大,大量外来人口由农村流向城市,其中农民工主体具有很强的住房需求。在这种背景下探讨我国城市化发展阶段、特征,以及与此紧密相关的农民工住房问题,有助于促进经济持续、快速、稳定增长。基于此,本文以农民工为视角,从理论上构建住房政策分析框架,并提出有效化解住房问题的路径选择。

The new normal urbanization development strategy promotes the important engine of economic growth. The currently urbanization level of China remains rapid development, the urban population will be further expanded in the future and there are a large number of floating population from rural to urban. The urban migrant workers, demand housing remains strong. This paper discusses the development stage and characteristics of urbanization in China, as well as the housing problems of migrant workers, which will promote the economy to achieve rapid, stable, sustained growth of policy goals. Based on the requirement of the migrant workers perspective, this paper establishes housing policy analysis framework in theory, and puts forward effective route choice resolved with the housing problem.
