生物医学研究生动物实验伦理道德现状审思

Present situation of animal experimental ethics in biomedical graduates

通过探讨生物医学中动物实验伦理的基本规范,揭示了目前医学研究生动物实验伦理道德诸如对动物实验伦理认知不深、对动物福利法及相关伦理原则了解甚少、生命伦理意识淡薄、实验操作不规范等方面存在的主要问题。从个人因素、社会环境、教育评价机制、动物实验伦理委员会审查过程流于形式等方面对问题产生的原因进行了分析,探析了加强生物医学动物实验伦理教育的途径。

This paper, by discussing the basic norms of animal experiments in the biomedicine, reveals the main problems of the current medical graduates in animal experimental ethics, such as less cognition of the animal experimental ethics, poor understanding of the animal welfare law and relevant ethical principles, unconsciousness of the life ethics and lack of standardized experimental operation. We aim at finding out the causes of the problems from the perspectives of personal factor, social environment, education evaluation system and inspection process of animal experiment ethics committees, etc, and exploring the way to strengthen the ethical education of biomedical animal experiments.
