摘要
教师职称评审是对教师德能勤绩进行的全面考评,对高校教学和科研具有一定的激励和导向作用。近年来教师职称评审中SCI被作为重要的指标,甚至出现惟SCI论的现象。本文以重庆市某医药院校2010~2013年连续四年参与评审高级职称教师发表SCI数量和影响因子为例,透过现象对出现SCI热的原因进一步剖析,并从正确认识SCI、纠正泛行政化倾向和构建多元化评价体系等方面进行思考。
The professional title evaluation of teachers in colleges and universities is the all-round examination of their virtue, abilities, diligence and accomplishments. In addition, title appraisal plays a role in the guidance and promotion of teaching and scientific research work in the schools. But in recent years, SCI is overvalued in the evaluation of teachers' professional title. Based on the number and impact factor of SCI papers published from 2010 to 2013 by teachers involved in the evaluation of senior professional titles in a medical college in Chongqing, this paper analyzed the reasons behind the phenomenon of "SCI heat", and put forward some countermeasures from three aspects: the correct understanding of SCI, clarifying the relationship between research and teaching and building a diversified evaluation system.
