和谐社会视野下医患矛盾缘何愈演愈烈？--对医患冲突升级与缓和之思考

Why does doctor-patient contradiction intensify under the circumstances of harmonious society?—Thinking about the escalation and mollification of doctor-patient conflict

缓解医患冲突必须明确相关概念,对症下药。本文对医患矛盾、医患纠纷、医院暴力进行差异化分析和发展转化逻辑性分析:矛盾是根本内因,纠纷是矛盾外化表现,医暴是矛盾的极端表达;应通过医生医德自省和人文关怀来缓解矛盾外化,启动第三方调解法制化程序避免冲突深化,依靠法律强制、保障壁垒和舆情监督解决暴力恶化。

To ease the conflict between doctors and patients, the related concepts must be clear so as to find the proper methods to solve different problems. This paper makes the differentiation analysis and logical analysis on the transformation and development of the doctor-patient contradiction, medical dispute and hospital violence： contradiction is the essential cause; medical dispute is the external performance of contradiction; and hospital violence is the extreme expression. The doctors＇ moral self-examination and humanistic care should be enhanced to ease the exteriorization of the conflict between doctors and patients; the legalized procedures of meditation by the third party should be started to prevent the aggravation of the contradiction; and the worsening hospital violence should be prevented by law enforcement, security barriers and public opinion supervision.
