摘要
通过CAM制作时运行相关制作及输出程序提取ERP数据,达到参数自动提取,快速准确设置相关程序的运行参数的目的。工程相关参数一次输入,后续制作运行相关程序时得以继承,避免多个环节输入参数产生错误;将ERP中的相关参数与CAM数据的分析结果进行对比,正向与反向检测(正向检测:通过ERP参数检测CAM输出资料的正确性;反向检测:通过CAM输出资料时分析的参数检测ERP相关参数的正确性)。CAM资料归档时分析并上传部分参数到ERP数据库,供产线及相关工序使用。
This paper introduces how to achieve parameters automatical extraction and set relevant procedure operating parameters quickly and accurately by operating relevant working and output procedures to extract ERP data in CAM working. Engineering parameters will be input at one time and inherited for forward procedures to avoid error inputs by several steps. The paper compares the data from ERP and results analyzed by CAM with forward and reversed tests (forward test: testing the correctness of data output from CAM with parameters in ERP; reversed test: testing the correctness of parameters in ERP with the analyzing parameters output from CAM). It also analyzes and uploads part of the parameters to ERP when CAM filing the data for the forward use of production line or relevant process.
