一款基于HFSS手机传输线缆设计

摘要 稳定可靠、低损耗的传输线缆是保证手机快速响应、高速运行的基础,而获取稳定、低损的传输线缆需要精心的设计。文章着眼于一款手机传输线缆的设计,从设计的角度结合HFSS电磁仿真,同时加工测试验证,对不同介厚叠层选择、双过孔阻抗优化、接地方式改变和锯齿状设计传输线等几个问题进行探讨,通过不同情况下电性能的对比,论述其对传输线缆的影响,得出的结论可以为传输线缆的设计提供参考,有利于增加设计者对传输线不同设计方式的认识。 Stable and reliable, low loss transmission cable is essential to ensure the rapid response and high speed operation of mobile phones. However, accessing to stable and low loss transmission cable requires careful design. This paper focuses on the design of a mobile phone transmission cable, from the design point of view, which combined with HFSS electromagnetic simulation. Simultaneously, several discussion points are mentioned, for example, the verification of processing test, different selections of dielectric thickness and stack, optimization of double hole impedance, changes for grounding mode, and the design for zigzag transmission lines. According to the contrast under different electrical properties, the influences for transmission cables can be summarized. The conclusions provide a reference to the design of transmission cable, which is beneficial for designers by increasing the understanding of several design methods.
