摘要
文章阐述了铜面粗糙度与高频信号传输的关系及内层前处理和棕化对铜面粗糙度的影响;对比了前处理和棕化药水对信号完整性的影响;通过正交实验分析了棕化参数对信号完整性的影响度,确定了印制电路板铜面处理工艺中影响高频信号传输的因素及其主次关系。
Skin effect indicates that a relationship between roughness of copper surface and high-frequency signal transmission in PCBs is objectively existed. The influence of pre-treatment and brown-oxide process on SI have been comprised due to the two processes will aggravate the roughness of copper surface, also, the degree of brown oxide parameters contribute to SI have been analyzed through orthogonal experiment. Finally, the influencing factors in PCB process and their contributions to high-frequency signal transmission were confirmed.
