外形加工尺寸变化研究

摘要 随着电子行业的不断发展,客户对于外形加工的尺寸精度要求越来越高。从设计端不断传来的关于尺寸要求的FA信息显示客户对于外形加工的尺寸精度要求已由±0.1mm提升至±0.075mm。同时外形长期为我司瓶颈制程,其叠层和速度受制于精度的要求不能进行有效突破,所以对影响尺寸的受力进行分析迫在眉睫。本文以铣刀加工过程中的受力分析为中心,分别从叠层对槽尺寸的影响、刀具寿命对槽尺寸的影响、凸台对槽尺寸的影响三个方面进行了研究,并提出了对应改善方案。 With the development of the electronic industry, dimensional accuracy of the profile processing is seriously taken attention by customers. At present, the dimensional accuracy of the profile processing requested by the customers increases from ±0.1 mm to ±0.075 mm. The dimensional accuracy of the profile processing restricts the increasing of speed and PCB stack number, which could influence the machining efficiency, therefore, the force analysis during the profile processes is urgently needed. In this paper, the effect of the stack number, tool life and lug boss on groove dimensional are taken into consideration, respectively, and the opposite improvement projects are proposed.
