在HDI行业中，消费类产品多以大批量为主，生产厂家规模大，在设备选型方面可以充分选择；而工控类HDI，批量小，交期要求严格，主要为内资企业在生产。在图形曝光工序，由于一次投入资金限制，行业内企业很大比例在使用传统曝光机进行生产。文章根据LDI生产成本以及采购设备成本与传统曝光机的成本对比，分析LDI在生产工控类产品中的成本优势。

In the HDI industry, most of the consumer products produce in large quantities. Because of the large scale of manufacturing, equipment can be fully selected. While for the industrial control type HDI, which produces in small batch and delivers strictly, mainly produces for domestic enterprises. In the graphics exposure process, due to the investment constraints, a large proportion of the industry enterprises choose to produce by traditional exposure machines. According to the contrast of LDI and traditional exposure machines in the cost of production and equipment purchase, this paper will analyze the cost advantage of LDI in the production of industrial products.
