三嗪硫醇既是一种橡胶硫化剂，也是一种环氧树脂固化剂。之前的文献中认为其在橡胶和金属的粘接中具有增粘作用。将少量三嗪硫醇加入环氧树脂固化体系中，研究其对覆铜板的粘结性、耐热性和介电性能等方面的影响。

Triazine mercaptan is a rubber vulcanizing agent and a curing agent for epoxy resin. In prior literatures, it is believed that it has a viscosity increasing effect on the bonding of rubber and metal. This paper will add a small amount of triazine mercaptan to epoxy resin curing system, research the influence on adhesion, thermal resistance and dielectric properties of the copper clad laminate.
