摘要
为了提高芳纶1313绝缘纸的性能,将芳纶1313短切纤维和含有铋元素的芳纶1313浆粕按5:5的比例进行混合,抄造制备芳纶1313绝缘纸。采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、在线电压测试仪及电子万能测试仪对芳纶1313绝缘纸的表面、电气绝缘性能及机械强度进行分析,获得芳纶1313短切纤维没有被熔融,且芳纶1313沉析纤维基本上完全将单根短纤包裹着,使得芳纶1313绝缘纸的匀度、击穿电压及抗张强度有明显的提高。
In order to improve the properties of meta-aramid insulation paper, short fibers and fibrids containing bismuth hydroxide (Bi(OH)3) were mixed at 5:5 ratio. These aqueous slurries are discharged and deposited on the laboratory papermaking process, and then subjected to hot-pressing process in this paper. The meta-aramid paper containing elements and molecular structure were tested using X-ray photoelectron spectra (XPS), inductive coupling plasma emission spectrograph(ICP) and the fourier transform infrared (FTIR). The results indicated that meta-aramid paper had a certain amount of bismuth element and Bi(OH)3 did not affect on its molecular structure. Its morphology, line voltage, breakdown voltage and tensile strength were tested using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), withstanding voltage tester, dielectric voltage testing apparatus and electromechanical universal testing machine. These results showed that on-line voltage, breakdown vo!tage and tensile strength had obviously increased. Its color became yellow and black but tensile strength did not obviously change with the prolongation of heating time.
