摘要
转移卡纸中的溶剂残留已受到人们极大的关注,以水性转移卡纸替代溶剂型转移卡纸对提高食品包装材料的安全性具有重要的现实意义。本文通过对转移卡纸生产中的水性离型剂、水性胶黏剂和水性背涂液等水性材料的研究,替代传统转移卡纸生产中的溶剂型材料,可大幅降低转移卡纸中的溶剂残留量。结果表明,采用研制的水性离型剂可降低转移膜溶剂残留总量达90%;配合使用所研发的水性转移胶和水性背涂液,可以降低转移卡纸中溶剂残留总量56%,不仅可提高转移卡纸的安全性,而且在生产过程中无有机溶剂挥发。
The total residual solvent in transfer cardboard has attracted great attention. "Ihe use of water-based materials to replace solvent-based materials to produce transfer cardboard will have important practical significance for improving the safety of food packaging materials. In this paper, the water-based materials had been developed, such as separating smear coat, transfer adhesive and back coating onto the cardboard etc. It is found that using these water-based materials to produce transfer cardboard could decrease significantly the total residual solvent in transfer cardboard. Comparing with the conventional PET films producing by solvent-based separating smear coat, the results indicated that the total residual solvent in PET film could be decreased by 90% when using waterbased separating smear coat. Comparing with the conventional transfer cardboard producing by solvent-based PET film, transfer adhesive and back coating onto the cardboard, the total residual solvent in transfer cardboard could be decreased by 56% when using water-based corresponding materials. The new water-based materials not only improve the safety of transfer cardboard, but also decrease organic solvent evaporation during producing process.
