NF-κB信号通路研究进展 被引量:29

摘要 转录因子NF-κB作为一个标准的可诱导的转录因子已经超过20年了。众多的可激活NF-κB的刺激,以及大量的受NF-κB调节的基因,确保了这一转录因子仍然是研究热点。在这里,我试图总结一下从这些NF-κB的研究中所浮现出的一些基本规律,并希望能找出一个较统一的关于NF-κB调节的观点。
