摘要
结合广州地铁运营管理现状,分析了合建项目拥有产权、管理权的利弊,提出了独立出入口、独立出入口与合建单位有连接口、连接通道、连接通道有部分公共事业功能等4种不同合建类型的产权、管理权归属模式及建议。
The project management in Guangzhou metro combined construction is introduced, the advantages and disadvantages about this management in terms of property right and management right are analyzed, different ownerships of the property right and management fight in a combined construction project are proposed, including independent entrance, joint entrance with connecting interface shared with other construction companies, independent connecting passage and passage with some public utility functions.
