摘要
根据有限元分析理论及相关强度计算标准,提出一种构架静强度分析的通用方法。以某地铁转向架构架为例,建立构架计算模型,确定构架的载荷工况,将模型导入有限元分析软件Abaqus中进行静强度分析。该通用方法与其他方法相比,在满足计算要求的前提下具有计算简单、易于操作等优点。
Based on finite element analysis theory and the related strength calculation standards, a conventional approach to static strength analysis of framework is proposed. Taking one metro bogie frame as the example, a framework calculation model is set up to determine the load case of architecture, then imported into finite element analysis software Abaqus in the static strength analysis. Compared with other methods, this approach has advantages of simple calculation and easy accessibility under the premise of meetng calculation requirements.
