摘要
通过试验分析和标准分析,对欧洲各国轨道交通车辆材料防火标准(包括英国BS 6853、法国NF F16-101、德国DIN5510-2及欧盟统一标准EN45545)进行了系统的比较,着重从火蔓延、热释放、烟密度、材料毒性等方面进行了深入的分析,为不同防火标准的等效或等同采用提供了重要的指导。推广应用后可以大幅度降低不同标准相同性能要求的重复性试验,对欧洲防火标准的统型具有重要的指导意义。
Through test and standard analysis, the the fire protection standards of European rail vehicle materials, including BS6853,NFF16- 101 ,DIN5510- 2 and the European Union standard EN45545 are compared. By focusing on detailed analysis of fire spreading, heat release, smoke density and material toxicity, this research provides important guidances for the equivalent adoption of different standards, and will greatly reduce repeatability tests in meeting the same performance requirement offered by different standards.
