香山矿主井提升机与电动机冷却系统改造及应用

摘要 针对香山矿现有提升系统满足不了矿井机械化水平的要求,对主井提升系统进行改造。通过改造和优化直流电机冷却系统,消除了设备的安全隐患,使直联电机运行更加平稳可靠,延长了电机的使用寿命;摩擦式提升机比缠绕式提升机运行安全、可靠、维护量小;并且电动机转子与提升机主轴采用锥套直接连接,省去了减速箱和联轴器,提高了提升机的传动效率。 In order to satisfy the need to the mine mechanization of the existing lifting system of Xiangshan mine, the main well lifting system is reformed. Through the improvement and optimization of DC motor cooling system, the latent danger of equipment will be eliminated and the working life of DC motor will be extended. Moreover, compared with the Winding elevator, the mining friction hoist is more reliable, safe and easier to repair. Since the motor rotor and the main axle is connected together with the taper sleeve, so the speed reducer gearbox shaft coupling are both omitted, and the transmission efficiency is improved.
