Research on the Aged Readers' Information Right and Safeguard Strategies under the Internet Environment

老年读者信息权利包括信息获取权、信息平等权、信息选择权、信息参与权和信息安全权等内容。公共图书馆应保障老年读者的信息权利:提供适合老年读者阅读的资源、厘清老年读者平等与优先的内涵、开展丰富多彩的老年读者活动、鼓励老年读者参与图书馆管理、重视老年读者个人信息保护工作。

Information rights of aged readers comprise rights of information acquisition, information equality, information selection, information participation and information security. Public libraries should protect information rights of aged readers by providing resources suitable for aged readers to read, clearly defining meanings of equality and priority of aged readers, holding various activities for aged readers, encouraging aged readers to participate in library management and emphasizing on their personal information security.
