结合对江苏省里下河水网地区典型村庄的调查,介绍了东里圩农民排灌协会的组建情况、运行管理、初步成效,对协会建设面临的问题和对策进行了分析和思考,为推广农民用水合作组织提供启示和借鉴。

According to investigation on typical villages in Lixiahe water system of Jiangsu Province, an introduction is made on the formation of Dongliwei Irrigation ＆ Drainage Association, including its operation and management as well as main achievements. Challenges and strategy related to the establishment of farmer association are examined and analyzed, which shall provide valuable experiences to water user association practice in China.
