摘要 运用动力学理论对轻量化桥式起重机起升机构进行受力分析,计算出起升机构三支点的支反力并运用在小车模型的加载过程中,缩短了模型求解时间,求解减速器低速轴端所受载荷并与仿真结果进行对比,验证了仿真结果的正确性,构建小车刚柔耦合动力学仿真模型,研究吊重起升过程中系统的动力学特性,分析机构的受力状况,提出了轻量化起升机构设计的重要环节及薄弱点。三支点起升机构设计力学基础的研究,对掌握轻量化桥式起重机起升机构设计方法具有重要意义。 Stress analysis is performed on the lifting mechanism of the lightweight bridge crane using the kinetic theory to calculate the bearing reaction of tri-point support of the lifting mechanism and apply it in the loading process of the trolley model, which can shorten the model solution time. The load borne by the low-speed shaft end of the reducer shall be calcu- lated and compared with the simulated result to verify whether the simulation results are correct, develop the trolley rigid- flexible coupling dynamic simulation model, study the dynamic characteristics of the system during the hoisting process, and analyze the load-bearing condition. The paper also puts forward important design links and weak points of the light- weight hoisting mechanism. The study on the mechanical design basis of the lifting mechanism is significant for mastering the design method of the lifting mechanism of the lightweight bridge crane.
