摘要
介绍了仓内粉体物料流动特性,在此基础上对粉体料仓的侧形设计和仓体结构优化进行了简述,利用Janssen方法,研究分析了典型楔形仓内物料静压力分布,并应用研究结果对某楔形仓受力进行计算。
The paper introduces the flow characteristics of powder materials in the bin, briefs the lateral design and bin structure optimization of the powder bin, analyzes static pressure distribution of material in the typical wedge-shaped bin with Janssen method, and presents the load-bearing calculation for certain wedge-shaped bin according to application study results.
