摘要
全回转浮式起重机的结构特点使其最大高度超出水面很多,影响作业范围,甚至绕道远航。全回转浮式起重机的人字架放倒设计有效地解决了这一难题。文中在分析目前浮式起重机所使用的两种人字架放倒方法的基础上,提出了一种全新的人字架放倒技术,不仅适用于新建起重机的设计,而且也可以应用于原有起重机的改造,结合实例介绍人字架放倒前后整台起重船的高度变化。
The structural characteristic of the full-circle swinging floating crane is that its maximum height is far above the water level, affecting the working range, even resulting in detouring. The propeller strut lowering design of the full-circle swinging crane can effectively solve the problem. The paper puts forward a new propeller strut lowering technology based on the analysis of two propeller strut lowering methods currently used by the floating cranes, which is suitable for designing new cranes and applicable to the reconstruction of existing cranes. The paper introduces the height changes of the hoisting ship before and after lowering of the propeller strut.
