摘要
通过分析影响液粘软起动装置润滑泵出口压力的因素,推导出了摩擦副间形成稳定油膜所需最小流量的计算公式,进一步推导出了润滑泵出口压力的计算公式。利用Matlab软件进行编程绘图分析润滑油流场,为研究软起动摩擦片油槽的形状和选择液压泵电机提供借鉴。
By analyzing the factors affecting the outlet pressure of the lubricating pump of the liquid-sticky soft start device, the study derives the calculation formula of minimum flow required for forming stable oil film between friction pairs and calculation formula for the outlet pressure of lubricating pump. Lubricating oil flow field is analyzed in Matlab through programming and plotting, providing reference for further study on the soft-start friction plate oil groove shape and selection of the hydraulic pump motor.
