摘要
对现代铝电解生产换极过程中出现的问题进行分析研究,提出了利用原有铝电解多功能机组扩充自动化功能装置的解决方案,其比以往带"水平比较基"阳极自动测高系统更先进合理。换极时误差不大于2mm,既节省了劳动力成本,又避免了人工划线换极操作的误差及危险性,同时提高了铝电解多功能机组的自动化作业水平。
Through analysis study on any problem occurring during modem aluminium electrolysis production and pole changing, the paper puts forward the solution for expanding automatic functional device using original aluminium electrolysis multi-functional unit, which is more suitable than "horizontal benchmark" anode automatic height measurement system. In case of pole change, the error shall be no greater than 2mm, not only saving labor costs, avoiding error and risk of artificial marking pole-changing operation, but also improving the automation level of aluminium electrolysis multi-functional unit.
