摘要
为了研究老旧电梯改造的节能效果,对一台由交流调压调速改造为交流变频调压调速的老旧电梯进行研究。对其改造前后分别进行电能测试,分析比较改造前后电梯的功率因数、三相电流以及能耗累积。结果表明,相比较改造前,改造后的电梯在启动阶段、轻载上行和重载下行阶段具有很好的节能效果。在空载下行和重载上行阶段存在功率因数降低、耗能增加的缺点。电梯在进行变频器改造时,应当注意减弱变频器谐波输出对电动机的影响,提高电动机的运行效率,提高老旧电梯改造的节能效果。
To study the energy-saving effect of the improvement of old elevators, the paper studies an example of re- construction of an old elevator by replacing the AC variable voltage control with a variable frequency speed regulation. Ener- gy test is performed for the old elevator before and after the reconstruction to analyze the power factor, 3-phase current, and energy loss build-up before and after elevator improvement. The result shows that, compared to the elevator before recon- struction, the improved one shows excellent energy-saving effect at the starting stage, lightweight upstream stage, and heavyweight downstream stage, and the disadvantages of low power factor and increasing energy loss at the no-load down- stream stage and heavyweight upstream stage. During the converter reconstruction, the key is to minimize the effect of con- verter harmonic output on the motor to improve the motor running efficiency and improve the energy-saving effect of recon- structed old elevator.
