摘要 通过对热水器制造过程中内胆摘取、检测等工序的分析,设计了一种内胆下挂自动化系统。该系统采用PLC和LabVIEW综合控制,通过LabVIEW对CCD相机获得的内胆表面图像进行分析处理,然后由PLC根据不同的检测结果控制KUKA机器人对内胆进行取放。经过现场调试和应用,该系统与传统的人工取放内胆相比更加的可靠、高效和安全,具有较强的工程应用价值。 An automation system of installing the tanks of electric water heaters was designed based on the detailed analysis of actual production with working procedure in installing and detection. The controller of the system was included comprehensively a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and a Laboratory Virtual Instrument Engineering Workbench (LabVIEW), the LabVIEW was designed for analyzing and processing the image information of the tanks acquired by the Charge Coupled Decive (CCD) camera, and the PLC was designed for controlling a KUKA robot, which used to install the tanks of fetching and setting, according to the detected information. The results of the installation and debugging of the system under the actual working conditions show that the automation system is more reliable efficient and safe when compared to the traditional manual operations of tanks of fetching and setting, which indicate the system of a strong application value.
