油垫结构尺寸对某种立式车床静压推力轴承的温度场影响 被引量:2

摘要 基于某型车床的静压推力轴承,在不改变其油腔形状条件下,研究了其油腔深度以及其封油边尺寸对静压推力轴承在运转过程中温度场的影响。结果表明:油腔深度对温度场的影响最大,封油边宽度对温度场的影响最小;为使静压轴承温度场最低,封油边最佳尺寸为10 mm,油腔深度最佳为10 mm。 The hydrostatic thrust bearing was based on by one type of lathe. Under conditions of without changing form of its oil cavity, it was studied of influences on temperature field of a thrust bearing in operation by dimension of sealing oil side and oil cavity depth. The results show that the influences on temperature field by oil cavity depth are at maximum, and Which by width of sealing are at minmum. In order to lower the temperature field of hydrostatic thrust bearing at most, the optimal diemnsion of sealing oil side is at 10 mm, and which of the oil cavity depth is at 10 mm.
