伴随着亚太地区力量格局的结构性变迁,中、美、日三国均加大对亚太地区的资源投入,引导地区秩序重塑,彼此互动频繁。三方对于亚太秩序的认知和主张既有共同点,也存在深刻的分歧,由此折射出它们在合作构建亚太秩序时面临着突出的挑战。在塑造和引导地区秩序发展的过程中,三国应当对各自职责及共同责任形成更加清晰和清醒的认识,进而维护地区安全和持久发展。

The Asia-Pacific region is characterized by rapid economic growth and complex security challenges. It is also a region where the interests of China, Japan and the United States are deeply integrated and the differences between them highly concentrated. As the Asia-Pacific becomes a center of gravity in terms of economic and geopolitical development on the global stage, China, Japan and the United States are all focusing more attention on this area, where they conduct frequent interactions and face intense competition. This article, proceeding from the general picture of the regional strategic landscape, tries to provide an analysis of the commonalities and differences between the three countries. Based on that, the article aims to identify hidden challenges and potential opportunities for their interplay, and contribute some long-term thinking on what the three countries need to do to construct the regional order in the Asia-Pacific.
