关于中美对新型军事关系认知差异的评述

Comment on Cognition Differences of New Sino-US Military Relationship

中美新型军事关系是中美新型大国关系的必然组成部分,是两国在军事领域中交流与合作状况的政治反映。随着"中美新型军事关系"这一概念的提出,中美双方学者都为此进行了理论探讨。从目前研究的现状分析,两国官方和学者就中美新型军事关系的内涵、彼此的军事互信、新型军事关系的构建路径以及双方间新型军事关系的前景等问题阐述了各自的认知。对这些认知差异的把握及对其原因的理解和分析对于双方更有效地构建中美新型军事关系不无裨益。

The Sino-US military relationship, a reflection of the military communication and cooperation between the two powers, is the part of the new Sino-US Relationship. As the ＂New Sino-US Military Relationship＂ is proposed, scholars of the two countries have been doing continuous theory explorations. At present, they have discussed the conception, mutual trust, construction path and the prospect of the new Sino-US military relationship. Good understanding and analysis on the cognition differences are helpful to the construction of the new Sino-US military Relationship.
