摘要
民营医院实施差异化战略,有利于培育核心竞争力,满足公众个性化、差异化的医疗需求,提升公众对民营医院的认可度。医院的差异化战略包括技术差异化战略、人才差异化战略、服务差异化战略、管理差异化战略,本文以GH医院为例对其四个方面的差异化战略进行分析,以期为其他医院的竞争战略选择提供借鉴。
Private hospitals carrying out the differentiation strategy is beneficial to meet the individual and differential medical requirements of the public. It is conducive to cultivating the core competitiveness and is helpful to improving people's recognition of private hospitals. Hospital differentiation strategies are consisted of technology differentiation strategy, human resources differentiation strategy, service differentiation strate- gy, management differentiation strategy. Taking GH hospital for example, we hope to provide references for other hospitals when they are faced with competition strategy choices.
