Problems and Countermeasures of Top Tertiary Hospital Medical Insurance Meticulous Management

借助数字化手段实现医保精细化管理是三甲医院实现可持续发展的必由之路。本文探讨了三甲医院在实施医保精细化管理过程中所面临的认识不足、落实困难、尺度把握困难等问题,从加强组织建设、细化制度规范、推进智能管控、构建医师准入制度等方面提出了推动三甲医院医保精细化管理发展的对策。

By adopting the mode of digital means, realizing medical insurance meticulous management is the only way to achieve sustainable development of top tertiary hospital.This paper discussed that top tertiary hospital faced the problems of inadequate awareness, implementation dif- ficulties,scale difficulties in implementation of the medical insurance meticulous management process.The countermeasures were put forward on promoting the development of medical insurance management in top tertiary hospital from the aspects of strengthening the organization construc- tion, refining the system standard, promoting the intelligent management and control, establishing the access of medical doctors.
