代表性统计指标在桂林市某医院管理工作中的应用及评价

Application and Evaluation of Typical Statistical Indicators in Management of a Hospital in Guilin

目的:根据代表性统计指标对桂林市某医院近5年工作情况进行综合评价,为医院决策提供客观、科学的统计分析。方法:选择反映工作效率及医疗质量的10项代表性统计指标,应用多元分析模型中主成分分析法,分别在单层次及综合水平上进行评价,并得出综合评分。数据处理采用SAS软件。结果:近5年来,医院工作效率明显提高,评价排名第1的是2013年。医疗质量评价呈下降趋势,2010年排名第1,2013年最差,主要是由于该年治愈率以及危重病人抢救成功率过低所致。2012年的医院工作质量综合评价最好,2014年其次,2013年第3,综合评价最差的是2011年。结论:应正确、合理地应用医疗统计指标,提高医院综合效益。

Objective： To evaluate a hospital＇s work for past five years in Guilin according to the typical statistical indicators, and provide an objective and scientific statistical analysis for the hospitaldecision.Methods： Ten typical statistical indicators which reflect the efficiency and quali- ty of medical were selected, and the comprehensive score were concluded by principal component analysis in multivariate analysis model in both single level and comprehensive level.SAS software was used for data processing.Results：In recent five years, the efficiency evaluation was ranked first in 2013. Evaluation of medical quality was ranked first in 2010, while ranked last in 2013, which was mainly due to the low recovery rate and success rate of rescue of the critically ill patient. Comprehensive evaluation of hospital quality was the best in 2012, followed by 2014, the third in 2013, the worst in 2011.Conclusion： Medical statistical indicators should be used correctly and reasonably to improve the comprebeusive benefit of hospital.
