摘要
目的 ：对比分析用利培酮与氨磺必利治疗精神分裂症的临床效果。方法 ：将2013年9月-2015年12月我院收治的60例精神分裂症患者作为研究对象。将这些患者随机分为利培酮组和氨磺必利组,为利培酮组患者应用利培酮进行治疗,为氨磺必利组患者应用氨磺必利进行治疗,然后对比分析其临床疗效及发生不良反应的情况。结果 ：两组患者的治愈率、治疗的总有效率相比较差异均无统计学意义（χ^2=0.023,P=0.878;χ^2=0.162,P=0.688）。与利培酮组患者相比,氨磺必利组患者在进行5周的治疗后其PANSS量表的减分率及CDSS量表的减分率均较高,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。与利培酮组患者相比,氨磺必利组患者不良反应的发生率较低,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 ：与应用利培酮相比,应用氨磺必利对精神分裂症患者进行治疗可更有效地改善其临床症状,而且用药的安全性较高,此法值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective Comparison of risperidone and amisulpride in treatment effect of schizophrenia. Methods 60 cases of schizophrenia patients were chosed as research objects in our hospital from September 2013 to December 2015, risperidone and amisulpride were given respectively, then compared the efficacy and safety of two groups. Results The cure rate and effective rate of the two groups had no statistical significance（P〈0.05）, but the amount of PANSS table reduction, CDSS minus points, were significant difference（P〈0.05）, and the adverse reactions occur rate of amisulpride decreased significantly（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Amisulpride can significantly reduced the incidence of adverse reactions, alleviate patients with negative symptoms, emotional symptoms, therefore, the curative effect is better.
