摘要
目的：探讨用切开复位内固定手术治疗Ⅳ°旋前外旋型踝关节骨折的临床效果。方法：回顾性分析我院于2010年1月-2015年1月期间收治的34例Ⅳ°旋前外旋型踝关节骨折患者进行切开复位内固定手术的相关资料。观察这些患者进行手术治疗的效果。结果：进行术后随访的结果显示,这些患者的骨折部位均为一期愈合,其手术切口均未见感染。采用AOFAS踝关节-后足评分标准对这些患者患肢踝关节的功能进行评定,其AOFAS的平均评分为85.34分。结论：对Ⅳ°旋前外旋型踝关节骨折患者进行切开复位内固定手术的效果理想,可恢复其骨折部位的解剖结构,进而促进其骨折部位尽快愈合。
Objective： Explore Ⅳ pronation - External Rotation（PER） type surgical treatment and postoperative effect of ankle fractures. Methods： the retrospective analysis in January 2010 - January 2015, 34 cases of our hospital Ⅳ o pronation - External Rotation（PER） type open reduction and internal fixation of ankle fractures patients in treatment. Results： 34 cases obtained 12 to 24 months of follow-up, the wounds were primary healing, no infection. After the AOFAS ankle - after scoring criteria, scoring average at 85.34. Conclusion： anatomical reduction and strong internal fixation surgery, before＇ for rotary type pronation - External Rotation（PER） Ⅳ degree of ankle joint and the restoration of normal function effect is good, is a key factor to promote patients recover, fine rate is high, safe and reliable operation.
