护理实习生专业承诺与临床实习影响因素相关性研究

Correlation between professional commitment and affecting factors for clinical prac-tice for nursing interns

目的：探讨护生专业承诺与临床实习的相关性，为临床护理教学和管理提供依据。方法采用专业承诺量表和临床实习影响因素测评表，对206名护理本科生在实习前和实习后进行专业承诺和临床实习影响因素测评，并进行逐步回归分析和Pearson相关性分析。结果实习后专业承诺水平有明显下降，实习影响因素与专业承诺水平有相关性（P〈0.05），且临床带教老师和实习内容与专业承诺各因子相关性最显著。结论临床护理教学管理人员应重视护生专业承诺的培养，在实习过程中采取相应的措施，以提高护生专业承诺水平。

Objective To discuss the correlation between professional commitment and affecting factors for clinical practice for nursing interns to provide references for clinical nursing teaching and management. Methods 206 nursing interns were investigated and evaluated by the Professional Commitment Scale and Affecting Factors for Clinical Practice Scale in terms of the professional commitment and affecting factors for clinical practice before and after the prac-tice. And then stepwise regression analysis and Pearson correlative analysis were conducted. Results The level of pro-fessional commitment was decreased significantly after practice. There was correlation between professional commitment and affecting factors for clinical practice （ P〈0. 05 ） . Clinical nursing teachers and contents of clinical practice were most significant correlated with professional commitment. Conclusions Clinical nursing and teaching administrators should pay more attention to the professional commitment of clinical nursing interns, and take actions to improve the studentsˊlevel of professional commitment.
