成分敲除技术在中药药效物质基础研究中的应用

Application of Ingredient Knock-Out Technology in Pharmacodynamic Material Basis Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine

中药药效物质基础研究是实现中药现代化的关键问题之一。近年来,中药药效物质基础的研究逐渐引入成分敲除技术,主要包括色谱敲除法和抗体敲除法。该类方法可以探讨同一成分在不同中药中的作用贡献,以及不同成分在同一中药中针对不同活性的作用贡献,并对此进行主次区分与排序,从而获得新的研究结果。成分敲除技术的运用,不仅有助于从全新的角度理解中药药效物质基础和制定科学的质量控制标准,而且有助于理解中药单味药内部不同成分之间"配伍"的现代科学意义。

Studies on pharmacodynamic material basis are critical for the development of traditional Chinese medicine. Recently, ingredient knock-out technologies, including chromatography knock-out and antibody knock-out, were introduced to recent experimental studies. It was adopted for understanding the effects of the same ingredient in different herbal medicines and of different ingredients in the same herbal medicine. The ingredients were sorted distinctly and some new findings were obtained. So the utilization of ingredient knock-out technology not only brought a new perspective of comprehending pharmacodynamic material basis of traditional Chinese medicine and formulating appropriate criteria of quality control, but also was beneficial to understand the scientific significance of ＂compatibility＂ between different ingredients within a single herbal medicine in modern sense.
