制造业的创新驱动轨迹与国家战略下的推进策略——基于南通市2005-2014年数据分析

Innovation Driving Track of Manufacturing Industry and Policy under National Strategy:Based on Analysis of Data from 2005-2014 in Nantong City

文章基于2005—2014年南通制造业的数据,分析了其创新驱动的轨迹。虽然制造业总产值与研发投入、研发人员数量高度相关,但是研发人员数增长速度下降,专利授权量连续下降,这在一定程度上影响了制造业的转型升级。在国家提出"一带一路"、长江经济带和《中国制造2025》战略后,南通应抓住国家战略给制造业发展带来的诸多机遇,积极打造区域创新平台、实施产业化创新、发挥人力资本对创新的引领作用,从而打造长三角北翼的先进制造业中心。

This paper analyzes the innovation driving track of manufacturing industry, based on the data of 2005 to 2014 in Nantong city. Although manufacturing industry output highly correlated with R＆D investment and the number of researchers, growth rate of researchers declined and patents continued to fall, which in a certain extend would affect the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing industry. After our country puts forward the Belt and Road, the Yangtze River economic belt and Chinese manufacturing industry, Nantong should seize a lot of opportunities of national strategy in manufacturing industry, such as actively building regional innovation platform, implementing industrial innovation and playing a leading role of human capital in manufacturing innovation. So we can create the advanced manufacturing center in the north wing of the Yangtze River.
