混凝土重力坝温度应力仿真分析

摘要 混凝土重力坝作为广泛应用的坝型,经多年运行,多数混凝土坝都会出现裂缝等病害,结构稳定受到影响。本研究以辽宁葠窝水库为例,在简单分析了裂缝产生原因的基础上,采用有限元三维仿真数值分析法对坝体温度场及其温度徐应力进行了分析计算。结果表明,坝体中下部区域的温度常年保持不变,温度变化的区域是上下游坝面附近、坝顶附近和溢流面附近。针对温度应力的分析结果,证实了采用水管冷却的降温方式可以使各个区域混凝土降温幅度明显。最终提出了降低混凝土温度的措施,对类似坝型具有重要的借鉴意义。 As a widely used dam type,the majority of concrete gravity dam appear cracks and other diseases through years of operation,so the structural stability is affected.This study used three-dimensional finite element numerical simulation to analyze the temperature field of dam body and its thermal creep stress of Shenwo Reservoir in Liaoning.The results show that the temperature remains constant in the lower-middle part of the dam,but it changes changes in the area that near the face,the top and the overflow surface of the dam.According to the analysis result of the temperature stress,it is proved that the water pipe cooling can make the cooling rate of concrete in each area obviously. Finally,it puts forward the measures to reduce the temperature of concrete,which is of great significance to similar dam type.
