健博儿童学习文化:从意涵寻绎走向校本建构

摘要 "十二五"期间,江阴市璜塘实验小学致力于儿童学习文化的研究。健博儿童学习文化是根植于学校现有的文化特质与情境、与儿童教育教学生活相适应的、以学习为基本特征的文化,是学校在课堂教学生活以及一系列校本活动开展中,围绕儿童学习而形成的对待学习的情感态度、行为习惯、规范准则与效果评价,以及由此长期形成的学习环境与学习氛围。健博儿童学习文化观照的是文化情境中的学习的本质,它源于"健博",基于"儿童",着眼"成长",是一种建构性的、情境性的、合作性的、现代新技术支撑的学习文化。 Healthy-colorful children learning culture is rooted in school current cultural features and contexts fitting children's teaching and education with the basic trait of learning, which is formed in the process of classroom teaching and a series of school-based activities revolving around emotion and attitude, behavior habit, rules and regulations and performance assessment. Such culture focuses on the essence of learning in cultural contexts, stemming from healthy-colorfulness, based on children, and stressing growth, which is a kind of learning culture with characteristics of construction, contextualization, cooperation and modern technology.
